Europe has many fashion forward cities – Milan, Paris, London – just to name a few. It has been my experience that Europeans love dark colors. Americans stick out like sore thumbs in their bright colors and exotic patterns. Many Europeans rarely wear shorts and instead opt for skirts and dresses.
