While staying in Nice after a visit to Paris, we took a day trip to Monaco and Eze.

The drive out to Monaco was quite stunning with all the mountainous views.

We swung by the Monte Carlo casino but being a high school trip, the majority of us could not go in. However, the adults had no problems leaving us for a few hours to explore! Looking back, I can’t say I blame them. I would have had a drink while playing the machines!

We drove to Eze to visit the Jardins Exotique gardens. I would save your money and skip this! The views are pretty but it’s a garden. Go back to the casino!

We also visited the Fragonard Perfume Factory.

After the tour, you can visit the shop and sample or purchase your own perfume!

If given the chance, I would absolutely visit the South of France again. After our visit, we headed to Pisa, Florence and Rome.
