Albuquerque, NM

Upon graduating from college, my sister accepted a job in Albuquerque, NM. Having never been out west, it was the perfect opportunity to see someplace new!

No matter where you look, you can see the prominent Sandia Mountains.

NM001We took the Sandia Peak Tramway to the top for spectacular views of ABQ.

Be sure to check out Old Town – the historic section of Albuquerque.

Also, be sure to have a traditional breakfast burrito smothered in green chile.

Madrid and Sante Fe are some nice day trips from Albuquerque.
