Get Inspired

Don’t forget the states! There is so much beauty and things to do in the United States.

New York City

If you are looking for award winning theater, decadent cuisine and a city that never sleeps then New York City if the place for you! Watch a Broadway show, go to the top of the Empire State Building, visit Lady Liberty, take a food tour or hit up famous movie/TV show locations.

New Orleans, Louisianan

There is no other city in the world that takes their food (and jazz) as seriously as New Orleans. And with good reason. It’s incredible. Also incredible are the floats in the Mardi Gras parades. It’s a must see for those looking to party! BYOB – Bring your own Beads! For my own experience, click here.

San Francisco, California

What a fun and hilly city! Ride a cable car, have some chowder at Fisherman’s Wharf, tour Alcatraz, give you quads a workout and tackle some of the hills. You may run out of energy but not things to do. For my own experience, click here.

Albuquerque, NM

Obsessed with the TV show Breaking Bad? Take your own tour of the most iconic moments of the show. Ride a tram to the top of the Sandia Peaks or take a drive through Madrid on your way to Sante Fe. There is so much to do in the area. For my own experience of Albuquerque and surrounding areas, click here.

Southeast Florida

Travelers are in luck if they are interested in visiting Florida. My husband and I lived in South Florida for many years and are very familiar with the best hotels, restaurants and things to do in West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Sun, surf, food, shopping and elegance are what it’s about in South Florida which is why so many people retire there. For tips on the area, check out my blog.

Southwest Florida

One of my favorite places to relax and unwind is Sanibel/Captiva Island. The water is like a lake, the sunsets are stunning and the shelling will make a non-sheller make you suddenly a shell connoisseur.

Central Florida

Disney World! That’s the first place that comes to mind when someone says Central Florida. It is truly the happiest place on earth and we can plan your trip from start to finish. It’s hard to describe the feeling you get walking down Main Street, USA. It’s an experience everyone should have no matter what age!

Hawaii

Where else can you go to find world-class surfing, volcanic activity, zip lining through the forest and black sand beaches? Hawaii of course! Having visited the islands of Hawaii, we can plan the perfect get away for you. There is something so serene and peaceful about the air in Hawaii. It immediately relaxes you and recharges your battery.

Maine

In my opinion, Maine is the friendliest state. I love Maine. The outdoors provide an abundance of fishing, hunting, skiing and snowmobiling. If you prefer the indoors, take part in the many brew tours offered or simply find the best lobster roll (my personal favorite is Libby’s in Brunswick). For my own experience with Maine, click here.
